Poland is waiting for your technical comments on OOXML

The Polish Standardization Committee wants to get answers to the three questions before the 17 august at 16:00:
- Is there a certifiable violation of patent and IP policy of ISO and IEC (if yes, which policies and in what way?)
- Is the proposed norm meets the aims of international norm described in ISO/IEC directives, that is to say (Please, justify your answers):
- Is complete in a way way sufficient enough, within the bounds set by its scope,
- Is compact, clear and precise,
- Takes under consideration the current state of technique development,
- Enables the development works bound with the technological progress,
- Is understandable for the qualified specialist who wasn't taking part in works on it.
- Is the proposed norm is in contradiction with other existing ISO norms, that prevent use of these norms in one product? (If yes, please provide the detailed description of these conflicts/inconsistencies).
