Is there anywhere where I can read a summery of what comments were in this "no with comments", was it easily solvible things like "the year 2000 isn't a leap year" or is it bigger issues like "duplicates another standard"

I would look into the Indonesia vote, generally companies there are anti USA and the vote is suspicious . The Philippines also looks fishy.
