						 <p>That is a bit unfair. The countries' comments were certainly addressed, whether they were addressed adequately is another question. 						 <p>NSAI (the Irish national standards body) <a href="http://www.nsai.ie/index.cfm/area/news/action/article/information/ITofficeopenxml">has posted an invitation for comments</a> on its site regarding the proposed new Office Open XML.
